I'm a professionally trained chef (The International Culinary Center in New York and ALMA in Italy) with a varied and extensive professional background, including training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy (Ilario Vinciguerra) and New York (wd~50) as well as experience in TV (Food Network, PBS), print (The Sullivan Street Bakery Cookbook, Tacos: Recipes and Provocations), digital culinary media (Food & Wine) and global food events such as Expo Milano 2015, working at the USA Pavilion (above), a partnership between The James Beard Foundation, The International Culinary Center and the U.S. State Department. I'm also a founding member of the Associates Board at America Media, leading the conversation at the nexus of faith and culture, as well as a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and Equity at the Table (EATT).

Soy una chef con entrenamiento profesional (The International Culinary Center en Nueva York y ALMA en Italia) y una amplia experiencia de trabajo, incluyendo restaurantes con estrellas Michelin en Italia (Ilario Vinciguerra) y Nueva York (wd ~ 50), así como en television (Food Network, PBS) , medios culinarios impresos (The Sullivan Street Bakery Cookbook, Tacos: Recipes and Provocations), digitales (Food & Wine) y eventos gastronómicos internacionales como Expo Milano 2015 trabajando con el pabellón americano (arriba), en conjunto con el James Beard Foundation,  International Culinary Center y el Departamento de Estado de EEUU. Tambien soy miembro fundador de la Junta de Asociados en America Media, liderando la conversación entre la fe y la cultura, y tambien soy miembro del International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) y Equity at the Table (EATT).
